These curious scenarios provoke a fresh and inquisitive perspective exploring the contradictory emotions; a sense of belonging alined with feeling displaced. EXHIBITION OPEN | 4TH May - AUGUST 2011 82 Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill, London W2 5RT DEBUT Contemporary is an innovative concept for all aspiring and ambitious artists, showcasing the best of British creative talent across all art disciplines.

oneforone | Stour Space and View Tube EXHIBITION OPEN | 7TH - 14th APRIL 2011 oneforone is the first exhibition for a group of artists engaged in a discourse on change and transition - the need for the artist to adapt to change; the transition of one artist's inspiration into a work by another. 18 diverse artists working in performance to painting, installation to sculptural photography, have been challenged to create a new work in response to a stimulus provided anonymously by a fellow artist; the artist...s in oneforone are asking themselves and each other to react to material, to opportunity, to transformation. oneforone is not about working in or with the familiar; it is about revelling in the change which accompanies exchange.

I have been lucky to be invited into each artists creative space, to document who they are and how they work, for one hour.' http://www.jensmarott.com/photo_7163419.html http://raeleenherrera.com/abigail-box/ Let'sMotiv | Interview Interview Interview on La Braderie de l'art by Judith Oliver http://www.labraderiedelart.com/ La Braderie de l'art | Roubaix 11 - 12 DEC 2010 A weekend residencie in Roubaix, Lille: 24 hours, non-stop, live creation of re-using and recycling objects, in the presence of 150 international artists A crazy weekend! An epic 34 hours making work along side 150 other international artists and designers in Roubaix. During which time the doors were open for 24 hours to the public, super busy, people would ask questions, take photos and buy work. I've really enjoyed making work that is outside of my usual art practice, the work was very dependent on the materials to hand and the surrounding environment, working alongside so many other artists and designers was incredible

Her vivid paintings use neon hues, accentuating the bizarre placement of wild animals among modern interior settings, “a conscious decision for my paintings to be an escape from real life rather than be about it.” http://blogs.camberwell.arts.ac.uk/snapshot/2010/05/21/animal-magic/ Into the Wilde | Trafalgar HotelEXHIBITION OPEN | 03RD JUNE - 5TH SEPTEMBER 2010 Private View | 03.06.10, 6:30 - 8:30pm Marifer Barrero | Abigail Box | Sylvia Freshwater | Arran Gregory | Patrick Milsom | David A Smith Currated by Ann Harezlak | Jotta "jottaContemporary presents an exhibition exploring the relationship between aestheticism and corruption, where the enchantment of decadence reveals undertones of perverse animal instinct and deviant beauty. Drawing inspiration from the themes of a classic Victorian fiction by Oscar Wilde, the group show interrogates ‘the artist as creator of beautiful things’ where ‘vice and virtue are the artist’s materials’. Spectators fueling their aesthetic urges for ‘surface and symbol’ in the Upper Rockwell will hesitantly discover hidden below the surface, in the Lower Rockwell, a complex and cautionary tale of exceptional beauty."
